ARTIST BIO
KINGA B. BRASSAY is a versatile Artist and Designer based in Canada. She grew up in an artistic environment, having artist parents and grandparents, which contributed to her artistic development and unique vision of life, people and nature. It was a daily routine watching her grandmother painting and learning about big artists, also watching her father preparing for different photography exhibitions.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor in Arts in the field of Visual & Decorative Arts and Design,
The University of Arts, Targu Mures, Romania
Over the years, Kinga was featured several times in the newspaper and television to showcase her versatile design work history from interior design to the art exhibitions.
In the last 20 years she participated in several solo and group exhibitions.
After moving to Alberta, Canada, she found joy painting in acrylic on canvas. Her paintings reflect the many colours of her life, personality and work, as well as her openness to new cultural scenes and adaptability to new environments.She needs art in her life just as much as the air she breathes!
Kinga teaches Life Drawing at VCAD - Calgary (Visual College of Art and Design)
and she is an Art Instructor at Articlass - New York:
